Get your meds paid for by the Trillium Drug Program

If you have high prescription-drug costs compared to your household income – you might qualify for the Trillium Drug Program.

The Trillium Drug Program is funded by the Government of Ontario. It allows individuals without insurance coverage to get help with high prescription-drug costs. You must qualify for the Trillium Drug Program.

Getting Trillium coverage does not mean that your medications are free.

If you qualify for the Trillium Drug Program, you will be required to pay a deductible (based on your household income) to help offset the costs of your medications. Once you qualify, you and everyone in your household will be covered under the Trillium Drug Program. If you have a low income, your deductible will be very small.
